Duration of Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Tbilisi State Medical University:

The total duration of studying medicine in Georgia is six years, divided into five years of academic study and one year of internship upon completion of the study. The first two years are dedicated to basic theoretical or academic medical education, and one year is devoted to the pre-clinical stage.
